Stopcrew is software we operate for lawn companies. This page covers this website and the product. We do not sell personal information.
Who we are
Stopcrew is the product name. There is no separate LLC named here yet. We operate from Florida. Privacy requests go through the contact form on this site. We do not publish an email address yet.
Two relationships
We sell software to the lawn company. That company holds the relationship with its homeowners and crew. We process their data as a service provider. We do not market to their customers.
This website
If you request access, we store your name, company, city, phone, notes, language, and the time you submitted. We use that only to follow up. Hosting is Firebase. We do not run ads or extra analytics on this site.
The product
Accounts, properties, routes, quotes, invoices, and job photos live with the lawn company. Paid jobs require before and after photos. We store GPS and time at job start and job stop for the office — not a live track, and not shown to homeowners. Homeowners see after photos after a paid visit is completed. Gate notes stay with the office and crew.
Payments
Card payments go through Stripe on the lawn company’s account. Cash, Zelle, and check are recorded in the product; we do not process those payments. WhatsApp is the company’s channel, not ours.
Processors
Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Hosting) and Stripe (cards). Each may process data in the United States.
Your choices
Site visitors: use the contact form to ask us to delete a waitlist request. Homeowners and crew: ask the lawn company. That company can ask us to delete tenant data.
Stopcrew is not for children under 13.
