Route software for lawn companies

The weekly route, without the spreadsheet.

Build the week in stop order, publish it to your crew’s phones, and charge each visit when the job is marked done. Your customers see your brand, not ours.

Built on a live Mon–Sat route of about 120 properties in South Florida.

Why Stopcrew

Your week shouldn’t live in three places.

Most lawn companies run the route from a spreadsheet, talk to customers in a group chat, and keep track of who has paid in someone’s head. Stopcrew puts the route, the crew, and the money in one place, under your name.

  • One route, in order

Every stop for Mon–Sat, sequenced the way the crew drives it.

  • One tap to publish

The crew’s phones get the week the moment you publish it.

  • Paid per visit

Each visit is charged or marked collected when the work is done, not on the 1st.

How it works

From the office to the yard and back.

  1. 1

    Build and publish the week

Add stops in order for Mon–Sat, assign the crew, and publish. Crew phones are notified right away.

  2. 2

    Crew runs each stop

Before photos, start, after photos, stop. Time on site and GPS are saved at start and stop.

  3. 3

    The visit gets paid

A card on file is charged when the job is marked done. Cash, Zelle, and check are recorded by the office.

  4. 4

    New work comes in

Homeowners request quotes with photos. Price it from the office, or drop an estimate stop on the route.

Three apps, one system

Office, crew, and homeowners each get the right view.

Each app shows only what that person needs. Gate codes stay with the office and crew. Billing stays with the office.

Payments

Charge per visit, after the work.

Recurring service is priced per visit. When the crew marks a stop done, that visit is billed. No monthly invoices to chase, and no charging before the lawn is cut.

Estimate visits are never charged.

Card on file
Charged automatically through Stripe when the visit is completed. A declined card never blocks the work.
Cash, Zelle, and check
Still work. The office marks the visit collected and the balance updates for everyone.
Extras and quotes
Hedges, mulch, and cleanups are add-ons on the visit. New yards start with a quote.

White label

Your company on every screen.

The office runs on your domain. The crew and homeowner apps carry your logo and your name. Stopcrew stays in the background.

  • Office on your domain
  • Apps with your logo and name
  • Your customers, your relationship
